Privacy Policy

CarLife, LLC (“CarLife,” “we,” “us”) operates the CarLife Dashboard and its iOS application (together, the “Service”). The Service helps authorized dealership teams, creators, editors, and CarLife staff coordinate automotive content production, delivery, and related operations.

This policy describes the information we process for the Service and the choices available to you.

• Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, role, organization, profile image, time zone, and login-related information.
• Work and business information: shoot schedules, availability, assignments, messages, tasks, dealership and contact records, and approval or delivery activity.
• Content you provide: photos, videos, documents, captions, folders, and related metadata uploaded or created through the Service.
• Operational information: notification preferences, SMS consent and opt-out status, calendar connection data if you choose to connect Google or Microsoft, payment-onboarding status for contractors, and support communications.
• Technical information: browser or device information, IP address, security and audit logs, and push-notification subscription data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

The iOS application may let you select or capture photos and videos for upload. CarLife receives only the media you choose to provide. The app does not request precise location information.

We use information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate users; coordinate shoots and content workflows; store, process, and deliver media; communicate about accounts and assignments; provide support; meet legal obligations; prevent fraud and misuse; and improve reliability and usability.

We use phone numbers for operational messages only when you opt in. Message frequency varies. You may opt out by replying STOP or changing your preferences. See our SMS Policy.

We share information with the authorized users and organizations involved in a shoot or delivery, and with service providers that help us run the Service. These providers may include hosting and authentication providers, cloud-storage providers, communications providers, payment providers, calendar providers, electronic-signature providers, and professional advisers. They may process information only to provide services for us or as required by law.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, enforce agreements, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information or share it for third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Retention can differ by record type and role. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You can update certain profile and notification settings in the Service. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

For a privacy request or help with an account, email info@carlife.co or use carlife.co/contact-us. If your organization controls the information, we may direct your request to that organization.

The Service is for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
