Opt-In Example

How subscribers opt in to CarLife text messages

Consent is collected on the CarLife account sign-up form at https://app.carlife.co/signup. The SMS checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and is never pre-selected or bundled with the other agreements. Below is an exact reproduction of what the subscriber sees.

Program description

By opting in, you authorize CarLife to send text messages to the phone number you provide. Messages may include account notices, shoot assignments, scheduling updates, reminders, availability prompts, team communications, verification codes, and support-related updates. This is an account and operational messaging program for CarLife users — it is not a marketing or promotional list.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role, assignments, account activity, and communication preferences. Some weeks may have no messages; active shoots or schedule changes may generate additional operational reminders.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. CarLife does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your wireless plan.

Opting out

You can opt out of CarLife SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also turn SMS off at any time from your CarLife profile settings.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact CarLife support through your dashboard or at carlife.co/contact-us.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Privacy

CarLife uses your phone number solely to provide the account and operational messaging you requested. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is handled.
