Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the CarLife Dashboard and iOS application (the “Service”), operated by CarLife, LLC (“CarLife,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to them on your own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of the organization you represent.

If a separate written agreement with CarLife covers your organization’s use of the Service, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

The Service is intended for authorized business users. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. CarLife may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms.

You may use the Service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, access another user’s information without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the Service except as permitted, or use the Service to infringe rights, harass others, or distribute unlawful content.

You retain any rights you have in content you upload or submit. You grant CarLife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and fulfill the workflows you initiate.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content and to authorize its use under these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with your content.

The Service may connect with third-party services such as calendar, electronic-signature, payment, cloud-storage, and communications providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies. If you opt in to SMS messages, message and data rates may apply; see the SMS Policy.

CarLife and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, CarLife grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” CarLife disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. CarLife is not responsible for third-party services, user content, or events outside its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarLife will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
